Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Montdelhomme. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You can return items within [14] days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In the original packaging, where possible

Items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume, makeup, or damage cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and other reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Underwear, swimwear, and earrings
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Gift cards
• [Customized or made-to-order pieces]

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@montdelhomme.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Send your item(s) back using a trackable shipping method.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as unannounced returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to process it.

Exchanges

Need a different size? The quickest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need, so you don't miss out if stock runs low.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items [can be returned for store credit only / are final sale].
